My experiences have been good. Stop by and check it out for yourselves. Perkins is connected to the (BW) Best Western Hotel. They have good menu options as well as bakery items. Afternoon and evening open bar area serving off the Perkins menu. Large parking lot. Only "inconvenience" I believe is the restrooms are located in the hotel hallway. No big deal!
Food was ok, staff was ok and the place was a bit cold. Meh it's Perkins.
Good food but took a while we were there at shift change, 10 minutes to get seated
Excellent place! Great vast choice of food, even from the kids menu! The waiter, a young guy, is awesome - so helpful, friendly, fast and very professional. Prices are rather low for such excellent place. Besides, they have a bakery right there whuch sells delicious homemade pies. Truly homemade, based on the quality of dough.. our favourite is wildberry pie, made with 7 different berries. Great place! while on vacation around here, we came back 3 times.
I wanted to get my Mom out of her apartment this morning and we've eaten at Perkins numerous times. The drive to Tomah from Mauston gives us time to visit. Breakfast was fantastic and the service was great, as it usually is. My Mom fell in the parking lot on the way to my car. I can't say enough about the staff there and how much compassion they have. They called an ambulance right away and several of them stayed out in the cold with my Mom and me until it got there. They provided first aid and comfort as best they could. Can't thank you all enough! There may have been some concern about legal liability for her injuries. I hope you don't worry about that. We aren't that way and wouldn't hold you liable for her injuries. We just appreciate the great food, the great service and the help you all offered. Thanks to all of you!
