Been to this restaurant many times and had good service and food, but not the last time. Ordered the L2 meal (2-chicken & 2-fish) with an extra piece of fish (total of 3 fish). Paid for the meal. When my order came I asked the lady if my 3rd piece of fish was in the bag and she assured me it was. That was my mistake for not checking the bag myself until I got home about an hour away. There was not a 3rd piece of fish. I called them. The lady took my name and address and said they'd be sending me a coupon for a future visit. That also did not happen. Beware! Check your order because they will charge you for something that you do not get.
Live and learn! Don't really waste your money here!
Good food, good value and good customer service. The fish and shrimp Friday special is great.
Will never eat at Long John Silver ever again!
Batter was so thick on the fish that there was a doughy flour inside the deep fried coating. Chicken strips were still a bit bloody coating like thin cement. Shrimp were not bad but very salty. Again prob the batter. I went up changed fish for shrimp by the time they brought it back fries were cold. And lastly the mac & cheese....... poor poor effort. No cheese at all on some of the macaroni.
