We were the 8th table in the bar area. There was one large table of 8 that left before we did, the other 6 tables were 3-5 people. We were 4. The main dining area was busy and it was the day after Christmas so probably short staffed. We get it may be a bit. Another couple came in. We watched them get drinks...us still nothing.
We walked in and we're seated in the bar area immediately. 30 mins later we walked out after we watched the waitresses (1 waitress+1serving bartender) pass us by 6 or 7 times without any acknowledgement. Not a "Hello" or "I'll be with you soon".
No accommodation for car seats, rather rude staff and overpriced food. Not a good place to bring kids, will not return.
Food was good. And loved that the apps were half $. Worst bloody Mary ever tho.... I have never not finished one ;) ...but unfortunately barely drank any of this one & left it behind on the table. At $6+ that was disappointing. Server was nice, but service wasn't that great either.
During our 30 mins waiting we all read the entire menu, 3 of us used the bathroom and looked at all the sports memorabilia on the walls. Hell, I even laid my head down on the table for a bit...still nobody came to our table.
We put our winter gear back on and proceeded to leave. My wife stopped to tell the hostess of our experience. She seemed surprised and offered to seat us in the much busier dinning room. We declined and left. Needless to say this is not a review of the food as we never got to order.
The next night we were sat in a section with a kid as a waiter who was in training. He couldn't serve alcohol. So with all four of us drinking different waitstaff, bartenders and even a manager had to bring our drinks, which took 10 to 15 mins. He would not ask others if they needed one so many separate trips. I was very disappointed.
We were there the Saturday night of Cranberry Fest. The place was packed and they easily handled the crowd. We were about to turn around when we saw how busy they were, but gave it it shot and glad we did stay.
This place is amazing the food is wonderful the owners are Amazing people. I used to work for ground round and they exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back this is definitely an experience to be had.
