Hair in tubs, FECES on toilet, dirty microwave, spotty mirrors, gross spit in sink...
Pros: -Clean, comfortable rooms -Nice continental breakfast -Conveniently located right off the highway. -They let you rent movies and sell popcorn/pizza at the front desk. -Affordable Cons -We called ahead and explained that we would arrive between noon and 1pm. We were told that our rooms would be ready at that time, but when we got there at 12:15 we were told our rooms wouldn't be ready for over an hour. They were able to make two of our five rooms available by 12:45, but the others weren't ready until later.
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tomah provided 5 star service to our client. We will definitely refer this hotel to our friends and associates.
We were checked into a dirty used room with feces on the toilet, used towels, opened shampoo, hair, we got moved to a suite which was not used but still dirty. $80+ for hair on mirrors tub and a dirty microwave. Never apologized abt dirty rooms at all!!!
Beds are a little stiff. I woke up with some back pains, but well priced.
We were in town one night and although our room (1 queen bed) was a little "cozy", we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, bedding and lobby. You don't always know what to expect from a less expensive hotel right off the interstate. The bed was very comfortable and we were very happy with the continental breakfast which had a lot of choices to pick from. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to the area!
