Broke my mother's laptop when she brought it in for repairs. Told her "You signed the dotted line" and basically gave her the middle finger. Logistics are free but any work at all and you can be looking at $150+, EASY. They always try to upsell you on hardware as well. Would avoid this place at all costs.
It's mainly a computer shop, I took in a SD card to see if any of the contents could be recovered, I didn't receive a call back so after a week I called and he had not gotten to it yet. When I finally did pick it up he wasn't able to recover any data, but the service was free. They are very nice people as well.
I bought a PSU from them when mine blew out and they charged somewhere around the $40-$60 range. The PSU lasted only a few months and I did my research and the PSU they gave me costs only $20 online. They also were not very kind to me while I was in there and they did not seem professional about their work at all.
They did a great job fixing my computer and charged me exactly what they quoted. I was also very pleased with how fast they did the work.
