Good service as a carrier but this place isn't an actual Verizon store, just an authorized retailer. Doesn't affect 90% of customers but occasionally can rear its ugly head when needing to order phones or make changes to your account.
Go some where else, customer service sucks, i dont need to know what might be wrong with my phone. I need to know what is wrong with my phone.
Twice now my husband has called this store and asked if they had the Red 7plus IPhone, twice they said yes and twice I've gone into the store, after getting out of work, to be told they didn't have it it was sold 30 mins before or earlier that day, even though twice they were asked to hold it for me that I would be in! Their response is always welp you can order one and have it shipped to you.
Very rude people, horrible customer service and I KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE, I work it every day!! I'd rather drive to Madison then to deal with these horrible people.
This store is a joke. Piss poor customer service. Waited 30 minutes in a chair before anyone even approached me to see what the nature of my visit was. The guy that helped me claimed to be a manager and smelled strongly of marijuana. They refused to conduct a business transaction because their "GP(gross profit) " would have been effected negatively and they told me there was nothing they could do for me today and to come back another day.
please save your self the agony and drive the extra mileage to an actual verizon store where they actually care about there customers and know what they are doing..
