Nice Taco Bell. Took a little extra time to order since the person wasn't as familier with the menu but speedy service.
Messy restrooms kitchen area was a very dirty lots of food on the floor. Left our food in the counter and didn't let us know it was ready.
I love everything about Taco Bell. The food is always great and tasty.

Order are food. Everything was correct on the screen. Two spicey potatoe soft shell taco and four soft shell tacos as well as chips and cheese. First the chips and cheese were forgotten. Quickly ran in to get them. Had no issue. We got home and found we never got the spicey potatoe tacos and 1 of the soft shell tacos was just scrunched up shell and cheese nothing else. Called at 813pm. Talked to a very nice young lady. She said to go back in and they would fix it at our earliest convenience. We went back in at 940pm the lady said she never talked to anyone. She bickered with us and finally agree to give us our food. Well got home once again food was wrong hard shell not soft and there were dirt in the food not to mention you could clearly see spit in the taco. As a manager of another fast food restaurant in the same town Tomah Wisconsin if that were my crew someone would be unemployed. This is unacceptable behavior of any employee.
Please do something about this horrific place you call a restaurant.
